UC Libraries Privacy Task Force Report

A "Task Force to Develop a Model Policy on Privacy for Library Provided 
Digital Services" at the University of California recently completed 
their work, and some of the materials they developed look to be more 
generally applicable than just for the UC libraries. For those of you 
responsible for guarding the privacy of your users (which is just about
