Nimda - URLScan

For those libraries running IIS (like us) I'd recommend Microsoft's
"URLScan" filter.  The default configuration should suffice for most
libraries.  It basically screens incoming requests so as to reduce exposure
to potential attacks, and is easy to install (doesn't even require a server
reboot!)

We've been getting a lot of hits from Nimda, but fortunately avoided
infection.
