IE 5.5 bug?

Just upgraded our units to IE 5.5 (I KNOW, but we still use Outlook 97 at
FDA) and one workstation now frequently asks if we want to "Allow sub-frames
to navigate across different domains?"

I dunno.  Should I care?  Or, what should I do?

The workstation also will not allow the person to tab from field to field
when filling out forms and that is a pain.

Any ideas?
