There is a windows version now of a DOS program I looked at a while back
called TimeClock at:
http://www.vssi.net/
You can download a 30 day fully functional version at the site. They also
have a network version.
"Also, a network version is available. The cost is $179.00 for an
unlimited number of users for any single server. Shipping is $3.00
within the U.S., $6.00 outside the U.S. Just specify the network
version when you order."
Or, you can set up the same type of program with Zope and access it through
the WEB. This would save information to any database you choose that has an
adapter for Zope (Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL, Sybase, ODBC,...). In the same
light, you can use a WEB Form in which the script appends to a comma
delimited file if you have direct access to the WEB Server and CGI.

Subject: [WEB4LIB] Time Clock
Anybody know of a simple time clock application that would allow employees
to clock in and out and would produce a "time card" at the end of a pay
period?
