search script II

This message is being reposted, because I left out some very 
important information. I am trying to find a search script that 
will search for a journal titles, to be able to search journal text
later would be nice too.
We have an Internet Information Server running Windows NT, with 
Active Server Pages support. MS SQL database application.  The data
for the e-journals is on this server in html format. Any help would
be greatly appreciated.
