POSITION ANNOUNCEMENT

Electronic Services Librarian, James Madison University.

Opportunity for enthusiastic, knowledgeable reference librarian to provide 
leadership in planning, implementing, and evaluating electronic reference 
services. Coordinates the evaluation and selection of electronic reference 
sources. Oversees the electronic reference area and coordinates training on 
electronic resources. Collaborates on providing integrated and intuitive 
access to information through the library web. Participates in reference 
desk service and in the activities of the reference department. Serves as 
liaison librarian to selected academic departments.

Reports to Director of Public Services. 12-month faculty appointment. 
Salary and rank commensurate with qualifications and experience, minimum 
$37,000.
