plug-ins for librarians

I am trying to find out about plug-ins and other browser-extending tools
that librarians may find useful in their jobs.  For example, I've found
Gator to be useful because I need to fill in many online forms.  Some of
my colleagues find the Yahoo toolbar to be a great device.

So, for example, I use:

Adobe Acrobat
Shockwave
RealMedia
IPIX
Gator
