We created an Access database of all electronic full text journals we have
access to. Have not yet integrated it with any local holdings. Strictly
title and database listings only. Yes, alot of the database vendors will
email you either a delimited list or an excel spreadsheet of their full text
title holdings. Some wouldn't, those we had to input by hand. Luckily this
was a small percentage. We plan on updating ours annually. Good luck.
