Docutek's ERes Product

Hi all:
 
Is anyone out there running Docutek's Electonic Reserves Version 3 or 4
(ERes) product on a "shared" server?  (NOT on a dedicated machine)  If so,
what else are you using the server for and what are the problems (if any)?
