Hello Daphne,

Are you talking strictly email, or also chat?  We use NetAgent here at UF
for our chat based reference service and are in the process of moving our
email reference service to a component of NetAgent called Re:Sponse.  We
really like the software.

We are embarking on an "Ask a Librarian" program and would like to hear
from those who have experience with prepackaged software for
asynchronous email reference.  We would also be interested in hearing
from academic libraries who are using VRD Incubator.  Any comments or
recommendations are welcome.
