Virtual Reference Software

Hello--please pardon any duplication of this message.

We are embarking on an "Ask a Librarian" program and would like to hear
from those who have experience with prepackaged software for
asynchronous email reference.  We would also be interested in hearing
from academic libraries who are using VRD Incubator.  Any comments or
recommendations are welcome.
