Netscape 6 cellpadding

Hi all,

Mea culpa in advance. Using tables for presentation.

Is it possible to get a true table cellpadding=0 in Netscape 6 with a
valid 4.01 trans DTD?

Here are two samples. The only difference is in the DTD. I am guessing
that the DTD with 4.0 is not recognized and it has defaulted to a more
forgiving mode, as the cellpadding will also run to an absolute zero if
the DTD is absent.
