Opera loading a javascript menu

Dear colleagues,

I am developing a tutorial that uses frames.  The left frame is a navigation
menu that is created using javascript.  This frame loads fine in IE and
Netscape but it will not load in Opera.  I was wondering if anyone out there
could tell why?  I would love to know if it is Opera or if it is my script.
