FIXACLS for Win2k?

There was/is a program for NT that will restore the default security
settings to all your system files.
Is there a similar product (free) for WIndows 2000.

Of for that matter has anyone tested FIXACLS with 2k?
I haven't yet because it seems 2K has such a different structure.
