Both the W3C and Web Design Group CSS validators show several errors and
warnings for the stylesheet.

Plus, the file has the STYLE tag outside the HEAD element, which is a
violation of the HTML standard, and may cause some problems with more
standards compliant browsers (like IE6, Mozilla etc).  That was the point I
was trying to make with my earlier message.

Yes.  It's my nature to complain.  I'd have still run the CSS and HTML
against the validators and reported what I found, not matter what browser I
use.
