I don't want to sound like I'm ever criticizing Rich's research skills
or dedication, but I'd be really surprised if any researcher who
really NEEDED information wouldn't walk to the library, visit another
library, or whatever else is needed.  I still have colleagues who
schlep to the British Museum every few years for their research
projects.  Granted, they're not studying the internet, but long-dead
British authors.  The principle still is relevant, however.

So the Supreme Court did their job, just like they should have, like
it or not. That isn't much different than the microsoft decision. The
Circuit Court did the right thing in tossing the case back, no matter
how much the judges may have agreed that MS did bad things. The idiot
trial judge
