Interactive Online Puzzle

I used www.puzzlemaker.com to make a crossword puzzle (the layout). Now I am looking for a script or a tool that I can use or edit to make the puzzle interactive on a webpage. Anybody have any recommendations? I have Director 7 but am really rusty. I can edit (cut and paste) perl or javascript. Thanks.
