"Back" button

On our library's web page, some of the links go to Web Sites that don't 
return to the previous local page when the "Back" button is clicked. I want 
to know if there is a way to fix the problem. If opening those sites in a 
new window is a way, then how to open a particular site out of many in a new 
window? Thanks for any input on the issue.
