Dreamweaver question

I am evaluating Dreamweaver by using the 30 day trial. I have used it on my
Wireless Librarian site and really like the results. My question is as a
result of the accessibility tests done using the extensions for Dreamweaver.
The tests keep telling me that my navigation menu at the top are pointing to
themselves. This is because the navigation is part of the template for the
site. How do I correct this but still use the navigation in the templates?
Do I just ignore this issue?
