Laptops and Projecotors in the community room

We have just purchased a laptop with MS Office, Internet access and projectors for our community rooms. These laptops and projectors are going to be available to the public. I have been asked to develop policies and procedures p&p's. I would appreciate looking at other libraries p&p's if they exist. Thanks in advance. Ed
