Internal Email Systems

Greetings Listfolk,

Which internal email system, if any, is your library using?  We'd like to
implement such a system for use from our IIS-based Intranet (click on
employee's name, type message, send.)

Any comments on cost (free is good!), ease of installation, reliability,
etc. will be most welcome.
