A small clarification here, we are mixing up two different "Picos":
Pico the text editor (which, for those of you who use PINE email, you
already use it), by the University of Washington. It is distributed
with PINE (see http://www.washington.edu/pine/) but once compiled,
can be used as a stand-alone text editor. This is the Pico to which
Blake referred.
PicoSearch, an off-site search engine service, http://www.picosearch.com/.
