Hilary, I haven't seen anyone from the U. of Idaho respond yet, so
apologies if I'm duplicating info here.  The U of Idaho has a similar
service; I noticed it browsing their site some time back. Some of the
questions and answers are entertaining.  The page/section is called the
"Library Virtual Cube," and the URL is
