Archiving websites

After much cajoling from our archivist, our college administration has
finally decided to start archiving our college websites. What I'd like to
find out from the list is what software people are using to automate the
process and what storage media institutions are using to keep the archived
material. Please respond off list and I'll post a summary of responses.
