	Philips has also been working on voice browsing.  I first noticed 
their "FreeSpeech" browser in 1999, although I've never had time to 
download and play with it.  You can learn more and download it at 
http://www.speech.philips.com/ud/get/Pages/pc_12.htm.  System 
requirements don't seem as hefty as IBM's, but then I don't know how it 
compares in terms of features.  The download does require Windows 98 and 
Internet Explorer 4.01 (or higher, I assume).
