[WEB4LIB] gifs disappearing in IE5

Hi
Thanks. I have checked for a later driver, but even the newest driver
for NT doesn't fix it. I have reverted back to win98 and it works fine.
I don't think those Presarios are really cut out for running NT, not
the model we have anyway.
