Alexa Research, a provider of worldwide Internet audience measurement data,
competitive intelligence and Web traffic analysis products, has released the
results of a two-year study of Web use.

Their news release begins by noting:

"A comprehensive two-year study by Alexa Research, a leading web
intelligence and traffic measurement service, has revealed that based on
their searching habits, an alarming number of Web users are not particularly
efficient at reaching their online destinations."

The news release also quotes an Alexa vice president as noting: "This study
shows that for many, there's a conceptual misunderstanding of how to
effectively navigate the Web."
