If this is an HTML document you can edit, be aware that IE and Opera
support parts of the CSS2 controls for page breaks:
<URL:http://www.w3.org/TR/REC-CSS2/page.html#break-inside>. I have more
experience with the page-break-before and page-break-after properties, but
there are also orphan and widow properties you can experiment with.
