[WEB4LIB] Rollovers and Netscape

I stand corrected.  The dog is Netscape 6.0 and the rollovers do work in it.
Generally if things work in IE latest version, Opera latest version, and
without breaking in the latest Win32 version of Lynx; I will use it.
