FYI - Blocking Instant Messaging

This is from W2K Sunbelt( http://w2knews.com ), they say you need to keep
checking though because some like AOL change their IP addresses once a year.
My understanding is you can use this in the hosts file in Windows as some on
the list have mentioned.
