Linda,
I recently implemented the Form mail feature at http://www.bravenet.com/ for
our library and faculty union.
http://dept.sccd.ctc.edu/cclib/question.html
http://dept.sccd.ctc.edu/sccft/comments.html
Its free and the change is transparent to users.
I tried dk3 and Formbuddy but really disliked them due to the ads and
pop-under[?] windows.
http://cgi.resourceindex.com/Remotely_Hosted/Form_Processing/ has a decent
annotated list of hosted form scripts.
Our college used the Form Mail script from http://worldwidemart.com/scripts/
for a long time with no problems.
They are not using it currently as they are switching to an in-house asp
form.
However, that is not available as yet so I'm using the BraveNet resource for
now.

Subject: [WEB4LIB] free form mailer
Hello,
I have been using Freeandclear for my free form mailer and they are suddenly
down and unavailable. Can anyone recommend a service with no advertising?
If you have an easy to use CGI script that would be very helpful also, I am
trying to convince the IS department that we should do this ourselves...
Thank you
