free form mailer

Hello,
I have been using Freeandclear for my free form mailer and they are suddenly down and unavailable.  Can anyone recommend a service with no advertising? If you have an easy to use CGI script that would be very helpful also, I am trying to convince the IS department that we should do this ourselves...
