Mozilla 0.9.3

Mozilla has rolled-out a new build, 0.9.3, which they claim is more stable
than Netscape 4.78.  OK, so they didn't set high standards but it is
progress.

I personally have found the 0.9 builds to be very stable and fast.  I'm
using a Mozilla based browser, K-Meleon, for our Web OPACs and have had
very good response to it.
