Day Added for Proxy Server Workshop

Due to overwhelming demand, an additional day has been scheduled for the
LITA Regional Institute, "Proxy Web Servers and Authentication."
Registration is now open for Thursday, September 13th in San Antonio.  The
registration cost will stay the same -- $80 for the day.  FYI:  If you have
already registered for the Friday (September 14th) workshop and would like
to switch to the Thursday workshop, call Chris Brown (see below).

This program is a combination of instruction on the theory of proxy
servers, review of their use in library situations, and practical examples
of implementations. The instructor is Peter Murray, Computer Services
Librarian at the University of Connecticut Law Library.
