I was using the term "WebBook" to describe an E-Book (electronic book) that
is readable on the web, through a browser, as opposed to the E-Books that
have special reader software and/or hardware. Yes, NetLibrary's eBooks can
be downloaded and read on their special reader as well as read online, so
they are both WebBooks and off-line E-Books.

I didn't know if anyone had used the term WebBooks before, but a quick check
in IxQuick shows that it is being used, both as a brand name and in the way
I used it. It is sometimes one word, sometimes two. "Webbook" seems to
have a special meaning within chemistry referring to the NIST Chemistry
WebBook, which is a reference work on the Web.
