Did they fix it? Accessing online data

There was a bug in IE 5.01 which caused problems with PDF files with long URLs,
common in Infotrac, Ebscohost, etc.  It was fixed in 5.01 SP2.  Upgrading to
5.5 would also solve it.  It was not related to the Acrobat version.

All our computers have this setting enabled.  I don't believe it is related to
the PDF problem, unless you have a different problem.

This was the solution Ebsco gave us, and we used it until 5.01 SP2 came out. 
We haven't seen this problem since.
