Thank you to all who responded to my request.  It appears that considering
the return on investment of library websites may be a reasonably new aspect
to the whole evaluation of library services.  Looking at the corporate
literature and adapting the ROI formulas of the more traditional library
services seems to be the way to go.

I appreciate all the comments and ideas. Plenty of food for thought - as
always from this list.
