Michael,

It's been a while since I've abandoned Netscape (and the accompanying
headaches!) but I remember when trying to install Netscape on Public Win2K
machines that a profile couldn't be created under our Public login, I assume
because it needed to write registry entries in places it wasn't allowed.  If
I created the profile under the admin login, Netscape wouldn't use the
profile under the public login and would demand to use it's own.  I think I
worked around it by assigning admin rights to the public account while
install Netscape, then revoking them afterwards.

I'm much happier with our current PublicBrowser/IE configuration...
