IE 5 explorer bar

Greetings,

I'm trying to configure IE 5 on Windows NT workstations for public internet
access. I've used the  IEAK to customize the browser buttons, but can't find
a way to disable the "explorer bar" function under the view menu. Even
though the user policy restricts the display of drives in My Computer and
Windows NT explorer, and network neighborhood, they still show up in the IE
5 explorer bar. Is there a way to disable the explorer bar, or better yet,
the view menu entirely?

Has anyone else had this problem?
