Web cache deletion program

Hello,

I just ran across a web cache/cookies deletion program that looks
rather nice.  It is called CacheCompactor.  It can delete cache
and/or cookies in InternetExplorer and Netscape.  The nicest
feature is that it can be tied to an event, such as a program
closing.  So -- you can apparently have the cache/cookies cleared
out every time your web browser is closed.  That seems like a neat
feature for public pcs.  It is shareware and costs $10 per copy.

Is anyone aware of other cache/cookie deletion programs that can be
tied to events [such as closing a web browser]?
