For those in Texas (or with travel budgets), Danny Sullivan of 
SearchEngineWatch is putting on a Search Strategies conference 
November 9 in Dallas, <http://seminars.internet.com/sew/dallas00/>. 
He's a great guy, the speakers are knowledgeable, the search engine 
companies tend to send representatives, and I'm sure it will be an 
excellent seminar.  There are other sessions in New York and San 
Francisco coming up.
