Anyone Seen a Closed Fist in IE5.5?

I got this question from a patron via another staff member, and I have
never seen this. However, the patron wants to know what it means when,
in IE5.5, the pointing hand turns to a closed fist. Has anyone seen
this? I'm searching the help file and TechNet, but so far without luck. 
Has anyone else seen the closed fist? I'm trying to find out what URL
they were on when they saw it, but haven't been able to talk with anyone
yet.
