undeletable folder called 'timesink'

Hello All,

A folder called 'timesink' has shown up in my (win98) workstation \program
files\ directory -- it seems undeletable! I tried using 'deltree' from the dos
prompt and that did not work. Are there any tools (free, preferably) I can
remove this with? Thanks.
