Hey Steve,

You may be interested in the "Online Oddities and Atrocities
Museum" under construction at the Online Policy Group web site at
http://www.onlinepolicy.org
under the Research Projects section on the main Research page.
The museum includes dozens of graphical examples of the problems
with filtering software.

OPG encourages people to submit additional examples of problems
with filtering software, especially if you are able to capture
a screen snapshot of the problem.

And of course, there is also the librarian testimony about
filters in "A Practical Guide to Internet Filters",
an excellent introduction to software filtering technology
by Karen Schneider, MSLIS. More info available at
http://www.bluehighways.com/filters/
