    You may wish to review my web registry of multimedia e-journals called

   One of the journals that makes use of Flash is  _Expert Reviews in Molecular Medicine_;  select from the list on the right side of the page.
[BTW: I would be greatly interested in learning of additional multimedia 
e-journals that are not currently listed in _M-Bed(sm)_] [Common types of multimedia include audio and video files as well as two-dimensional and 3-D
models, and supplemental datasets]
