Thanks for your question.
You may wish to review my web registry of multimedia e-journals called
_M-Bed(sm)_ located at
[ http://www.public.iastate.edu/~CYBERSTACKS/M-Bed.htm]
One of the journals that makes use of Flash is _Expert Reviews in Molecular Medicine_; select from the list on the right side of the page.
[BTW: I would be greatly interested in learning of additional multimedia
e-journals that are not currently listed in _M-Bed(sm)_] [Common types of multimedia include audio and video files as well as two-dimensional and 3-D
models, and supplemental datasets]
[NOTE: _M-Bed(sm)_ includes a bibliography of significant publication - several of which are linked to their full-text ]
[SPECIAL NOTE: My review article on the ramifications of multimedia e-journals was recently published in the July/August issue of _Technicalities_
and was recently added to the _M-Bed(sm)_ bibliography.]
