more on netLibrary implementation

I have put together a webpage I am calling netLibrary Resources.  It has
links to what we have done for implementation of netLibrary locally.  It
contains links to my PowerPoint presentation in a ppt format and a zip
format as well as the web version of the presentation.  The web version
should work on most browsers but I am not making any promises.  My intent is
to show you what we did not to support your users.  For IE 5 it requires
that VML support be installed.  I have included some links to documents on
the netLibrary website.
