Online Community Calendar Policy

We just installed an online Community Calendar on our Web site and are
grappling with putting together a policy for accepting submissions. Is there
anyone who would be willing to share an existing policy outline or direct me
to policies on the Web to help get us started? Any feedback would be greatly
appreciated.
