ONLINE WORLD 2000 -- the conference and exhibition for internet researchers and managers -- will be in San Diego, CA this year (September 18-20) and is debuting a great new program feature. 
It's called the Best Practices Award and it's a chance to gain recognition, show off your work to your colleagues, attend ONLINE WORLD -- and win $1,000! 
Are you adding value to your organization in innovative ways? Apply to win an ONLINE WORLD Best Practices Award in one of these five categories:

- Teaching & Training
- Marketing/Promotions
- Research/Resources
- Internet/Intranet Applications
- Categorization/Classification/Metadata

Five finalists will be chosen in each category to display their work at the Best Practices Showcase on the Exhibit Floor at ONLINE WORLD -- and will receive complimentary conference registrations. A winner from each category will receive a check for $1,000, to be presented on Wednesday, September 20 in the ONLINE WORLD Exhibit Hall, following the Best Practices Showcase.
