Has anyone worked with NetLibrary?

Our group is working to set-up a trial with NetLibrary for their e-book
offering and I'd be interested to hear from anyone who has either 1) used
their system or 2) worked with them as a vendor.  I'd be happy to summarize
any responses for the list.
