MyLibrary Revisited

In digging about for information on personalized, customizable, "portal
pages" developed by libraries for their patrons (e.g. MyLibrary/NCSU, My
Gateway/UW, MyLibrary/Cornell, etc.), it seems all have been developed
and hosted by academic institutions. Does anyone know of similar
projects being developed by and for special, public or school libraries?
While the source code for NCSU's MyLibrary is now available, it doesn't
meet all the needs of these other communities. And as Wilfred Drew noted
earlier, it's not "...based on the Windows NT environment" in which many
of us work.

Any information would be helpful.
